1. I "recorded" my first original song on a tape recorder in 2nd grade. It was called "Let God Do the Worrying." I had some help from my dad.

2. I got married on an island (in Washington state).

3. Joshua and I got married on 9.04.04 and our first home address was 904 Garfield.

4. We have two cats, Buddy and Jovie, named after the movie "Elf" with Will Ferrell.

5. I have lived in six states: MI, IN, FL, CO, WA, & GA

6. I have visited nine other countries: South Korea, France, Germany, Austria, India, Nepal, Singapore, Canada, & Australia.

7. I hate onions in most forms, but somehow like onion rings.

8. I think Peanut M&Ms are the best candy ever. In fact, they work great as a meal substitution while traveling.

9. I played flute for 10 years and thought it was going to be my profession. Now I don't own one that works (though I wish I did!).

10. Over the years I have dabbled on acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano, flute, oboe, cello, tenor saxophone, bass guitar, clarinet, & violin. I'm not very good at most.

11. My favorite TV show is Jon & Kate Plus 8, but I also really like Samantha Who, Eli Stone, Devine Design, Myles of Style, Ugly Betty, & What Not to Wear.

12. My hairstylist is a worship leader and songwriter who leads worship at a church in Atlanta, but I walked into a salon and found him randomly one day shortly after we moved here. God has such a sense of humor. Oh - and he also once cut Butterfly Boucher's hair.

13. I don't function well on less than 8 hours of sleep...but I tend to stay up until 2 or 3am most nights.

14. I make a horrible waitress, but I love to host dinner parties.

15. I hit #15 and having nothing left to say...but I'm not a quitter.

16. I love to collect mugs, but I don't drink coffee...or tea really, either. But hot cocoa...mmm.

17. I love to bake cakes and cookies, and love to eat them more.

18. I think I am the slowest reader on the planet.

19. I never dyed my hair until I was like 25. Now I seem to change colors every 3 months.

20. I love interior design and wish I was Candice Olson.

21. One time I was leading worship at a church, I started to cough while sharing. The pastor handed me a mug of water. I take a swig and realize there is mold floating in the water and I spit it back in the cup, mortified and almost gagging. But the show must go on!

22. I have hiked in the Himalayas.

23. I have eaten kangaroo.

24. I wish I had straight hair.

25. I want to be a mom someday and would love to adopt.
